For more than 25 years, I’ve built my career in the mortgage industry by focusing on
relationships first — because behind every loan is a family, a dream, and a future. Over the
years, I’ve had the privilege of growing and leading teams across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, serving in roles from Loan Officer to Regional Vice President.

Recently, I took a leap that reflects both my experience and my heart for this business: I opened Rate Lock Mortgage. Building something of my own has allowed me to bring together everything I’ve learned over the past two decades — empowering loan officers, serving clients with excellence, and creating a culture rooted in integrity and long-term relationships.

Leawood, Kansas is home today, where I live with my wife, Cory, and our two kids, Brooks and Anna. My journey has taken me through different communities and markets, each shaping both my career and my perspective. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the people and relationships that truly matter. No matter where life or business has taken me, my foundation has always been the same: faith, family, hard work, and showing up for the people who count on me. Cory and our kids are my greatest motivation and my proudest accomplishment, and they are the reason I work to build something lasting — not just professionally, but personally.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, on the golf course, adding to my sports card collection, or cheering on the Kansas City Royals.

At the end of the day, whether in business or in life, I care about people. I care about building
